Custom Built Clubs
Custom built clubs are still in demand despite many of the leading brands now offering various fitting options. Some companies such as Ping & Titleist offer fully fitted custom built clubs while others offer various shaft options and limited lie options. This is a big improvement on a few years ago when it was near impossible to buy any set of clubs that varied from the "Standard" fit or at best "Oversize" for the taller player. Shaft flex has always been a variable and with no industry standard to guide you it is a hit and miss approach as few outlets are equipped to analise your swing and measure the dynamics to ensure correct shaft selection. At Midland Golf we undertake a full club fitting session to ensure we have all the relevant information about your golf swing prior to component selection. The components are selected and checked for accuracy, shafts are frequecy analised to ensure conformity and consistancy. Then the club is assembled to the correct swing weight across the set.
